DANIEL M. SPENCER has been practicing personal injury and workers’ compensation law in Oregon for 27 years. In times past, he has represented large companies such as SAIF Corporation, Liberty Northwest Insurance Corporation, Gold Beach Plywood, and Weyerhaeuser Company.
